浩晖金属制品有限公司是2002年在深圳组建的来料加工型合资企业。本公司可以提供锌镁铝合金压铸件和五金制品的生产，以及钻孔，搭牙，磨光，喷砂，震机等二次加工，金属表面的化学预处理，钝化，喷油，喷粉，电镀等到表面处理和装配的一站式全方位专业服务。本公司可以为客户提供锌合金压铸件的最小和~~重量是0.5---7.85Kg (~~投影面积为：1183cm2); 可以为客户提供镁合金压铸件的最小和~~重量是0.5---2.3Kg (~~投影面积为：1296cm2); 可以为客户提供铝合金压铸件的最小和~~重量是0.5---5Kg (~~投影面积为：950cm2); 公司有技术先进的金属表面处理生产线一条，喷油生产线和德国进口的瓦格纳超级喷粉房和生产线各一条。公司已通过DNV 对ISO 9001:2002质理认证体系的认证。

Ho Fai can provide one stop solution , multiple and professional services from die-casting of Zn, Mg and Al alloy, stamping of hardware, drilling, tapping, polishing, grinding, buffing, sand blasting, water vibrating, chemical pre-treatment, conversion coatings including chromating or phosphating, electrostatic Lacquer/powder coatings and electroplating to assembly .
Ho Fai can provide the die-castings for zinc alloy ranging from 0.5g to 7.85Kg in weight (projected area: max. 1183cm2 ) , die-castings for magnesium alloy ranging from 0.5g to 2.3Kg in weight (projected area: max. 1296cm2 ), die-castings for aluminum alloy ranging from 0.5g to 5Kg in weight (projected area: max. 950cm2 ) to our customers. The company owns an advanced chromating production line, a clean spraying room with 1000-10000 grade, an electrostatic powder spraying line and super booth made in Wagner, Germany.
Ho Fai held the DNV certification of ISO9001:2002 Quality Management System as the quality assurance.
